About the Role
As a Telecom Business Analyst, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, product teams, and clients, to identify business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable plans. You will support the development and implementation of telecom systems, processes, and solutions, ensuring that our services meet customer demands while optimizing performance, cost, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, challenges, and opportunities within the telecom domain.
Document, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements to support project initiatives.
Conduct thorough research and data analysis to ensure that business processes are optimized for cost-efficiency and performance.
Project Support & Implementation:
Support the planning, design, and implementation of telecom projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that telecom products, services, and systems are effectively deployed, meeting both customer and operational requirements.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to telecom performance, customer satisfaction, and service usage.
Provide regular reports, presentations, and dashboards to stakeholders on project status, business metrics, and performance trends
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
Solid understanding of telecom services, products, networks, and technologies (e.g., VoIP, broadband, mobile, cloud solutions).
Experience with business process modeling, requirements documentation, and process mapping.
Mandatory requirements:
fluent Japanese : business level
fluent English : native or business level
fluent and experiences IT work tools, Office, GWS, other Cloud service applications for at least 1 years.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
