Koji Yasukagawa

Profile

With over 20 years of extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, he has been involved in regulatory and policy affairs, inter-operator negotiations, and dispute resolution under Japan’s Telecommunications Business Act at a major telecom carrier. Later, he led business alliances to launch communication service products from U.S. high-tech companies into the Japanese market. At Twilio Inc., he served as Head of Asia Pacific, driving the expansion of network services across multiple countries. Founded Eligitel Inc. in April 2023.

Akane Kobayashi

With many years of experience in the telecommunications industry, she has been involved in voice services, SMS messaging hub services, and data service operations. She has led business development initiatives and built alliances with both domestic and international suppliers.

She joined Eligitel in 2024 and is responsible for overseeing domestic operations and backend management.

Himanshu Kumar

A CCNA and ITIL certified, Himanshu has extensive experience in the telecom industry with over 14 years of experience in carrier voice and data sales, enterprise SMS, and strategic partnerships. His leadership of international voice and SMS services demonstrates his adept relationship management skills. He has also led the APAC region at Twilio, served as Deputy Global Head of GMS, and headed the trading desk at Tata Communications. With a PGD in Business Management and a BE in Electrical Engineering, Himanshu has established himself at the forefront of the industry. He is based in Mumbai, India.

Senior Advisor

Sven Grube

He joined Eligitel as a Senior Advisor, supporting international expansion and business development. He is currently CRO at Noumena Digital AG and for the past 10 years has been Head of International Business Development at Twilio Inc., before which he was SVP of Business Development at Upptalk, and has also worked at Amazon and Telefónica. Sven holds an MBA from EDHEC Business School in France and currently lives in Munich, Germany.
