With the development of information technology and the expansion of networks, recent frequent security incidents have become a social issue. Eligitel Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "our company") recognizes that protecting all information assets it handles is the most important management issue in its business activities, and in order to live up to the trust of society and customers, we have established and will implement this "Basic Policy on Information Security."

 

1. [Information Security Policy] We will implement appropriate safety measures for information assets and protect them. To this end, we will plan and implement the necessary measures, including physical and technical measures and education for executives and employees.

2. [Goal] Our goal is to reduce to zero the number of incidents involving the theft, loss, falsification, or damage of important information, so as to prevent the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets from being compromised.

3. [Continuous improvement of information security management system] In order to ensure the proper handling of information assets, we will strive to continually improve our information security management system.

4. [Continuous risk assessment] We will protect our customers' information assets by continually conducting appropriate risk assessments and taking protective measures according to those risks.

5. [Compliance with Laws and Regulations] We comply with laws and regulations related to information security and any equivalent standards.
